Enjoy this Healthy Green Smoothie!

Enjoy this healthy smoothie any time of day. I love it after a workout, and on a hot summer’s day!

  • Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Half a date with almond butter (for added sweetness)
  • Small teaspoon of Cacoa
  • Your favorite Chocolate Protein Powder
  • Half an Avocado (for thickness)
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ice
  • Mint LeavesĀ or 2 drops Peppermint Oil
  • A dash of alkaline water
  • Make it more green: optional handful of Spinach

Put all in a blender and blend until smooth!

Make it fancy with cacao nips or garnish with fresh mint on top
