Enjoy this healthy smoothie any time of day. I love it after a workout, and on a hot summer’s day!
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Half a date with almond butter (for added sweetness)
- Small teaspoon of Cacoa
- Your favorite Chocolate Protein Powder
- Half an Avocado (for thickness)
- 1/2 cup crushed Ice
- Mint Leaves or 2 drops Peppermint Oil
- A dash of alkaline water
- Make it more green: optional handful of Spinach
Put all in a blender and blend until smooth!
Make it fancy with cacao nips or garnish with fresh mint on top
